The flagship of the LightWELD range. Reduced by 2 times the diameter of the heating spot allows: to weld metals with a penetration depth of up to 7 mm, qualitatively weld high-traction and difficult-to-weld metals, even smaller heat-affected zone. Cleaning function before and after welding improves quality and saves time.
The FL-HYDRO hydrolaser cutting system is a versatile 5-axis system designed for a variety of high-precision cutting and drilling operations using hydrolaser cutting technology on various types of materials in various industries. The CNC system supports machining in 5 axes at once. The machine bed is made of synthetic Diabase, which is a better vibration damping material than cast iron and has the highest rigidity along with compact dimensions.
The CUT D50HP optical head is designed for laser cutting machines with laser sources of 20 to 40 kW. The lightweight housing and the equipment with a precision height sensor allow the head to be used for ultra high-speed cutting. The head series is compatible with IPG lasers.
The FLW D50 WR (Wobble) series optical heads with focused laser oscillation module are designed for use with fiber lasers up to 15 kW. They have a lightweight and hermetically sealed housing with protective coating and mate with fiber lasers via standard HLC-8 (QBH) or LCA connectors. A wide range of collimators and focusing lenses allows a wide range of focusing parameters to be adjusted, allowing the laser heads to be effectively used in a variety of laser material processing applications.
